What You'll Do

• Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and translate their needs into actionable product requirements.
• Develop a deep understanding of relevant technical domains to design robust features, identify and navigate technical limitations, and effectively address bugs and other challenges.
• Own the feature development lifecycle: define clear requirements, manage development and delivery, and ensure seamless coordination from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with designers to create intuitive UX, work closely with engineers throughout the development phase to ensure smooth execution and successful launches, and partner with marketing teams to craft feature announcements, blogs, and other promotional content.
• Leverage data analysis to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform feature prioritization and decision-making.
• Drive product strategy by contributing to the creation and management of the product roadmap, aligning priorities with business goals, and ensuring efficient resource planning.

What Are We Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a product manager in a B2B SaaS environment, or substantial software development experience with a recent transition into product management.
• Undergraduate degree in science/engineering.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to dive into complex technical topics.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver products with intuitive and polished UX.
• Proactive and independent execution skills, driving alignment and results across cross-functional teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating clear requirement documents and engaging with team members and customers.
• Familiarity with crypto, blockchain, or Web3 technologies is an advantage but not required.
